When will I receive my order?
Each supplier on GM FRESH DELIVERY has a different delivery time. On average the delivery takes 1 to 3 working days and deliveries are mainly done between 12 pm and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday ( Only TUESDAY Closed No Delivery ITEM).

I urgently need the order(s) by tomorrow?
Ran out of stock and need the order(s) urgently? GM FRESH DELIVERY  can do the arrangement for you and make sure that you can get your order(s) on time. Please contact our customer support Hj Abu 01135843133 and provide your order number so we can assist you on this but depends of stock and Slot.

I have a specific requirement for delivery
No worries if you need the order(s) on specific date. GM FRESH DELIVERY  be able to full fill your needs. For any special conditions for delivery (EG - deliver to outlet location, i want to pick it up myself) please email to This only applies to F&B business owners.

Terms and Conditions
Upon Delivery
1. once you have received your items, please check your items on the spot and return any damaged items to the driver or check for any missing items and contact GM FRESH DELIVERY immediately. We will not accept complaints about items after 2 hours from time of delivery. We will ask the suppliers to provide us the DO (Delivery Order / Acknowledgement) for the order - so please do ensure to sign the DO to acknowledge that you have received the items in order for us to investigate the complaint (note: please check your items before signing the DO to acknowledge that you received all your items)
2. if the driver is unable to reach you upon reaching the location for delivery, the driver will attempt to contact you
3. if you do not answer your call, the driver can:
a) leave your items outside your premise (GM FRESH DELIVERY  will not be held responsible for damage or missing items)
b) consider it a failed delivery and return your items to the warehouse. There will be a charge for re-delivery and there will be a waiting time for re-delivery (we cannot give you a date of when it will be re-delivered)

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.




You have  2 hours to return or complaint an item from the date you received it. We are not accept return or any complaint after 2 hours receiving item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.



Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

If refund item , our policy take 3-7 day working to refund the money to acc customer depend of cases. 



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
